Utility systems, power, water, gas, heat, waste, must operate 24/7. You can't simply stop them, so everything that supports continuous operation has to work reliably every day. Much of the real complexity doesn't sit in the pipes and wires. It lives in the information data: handovers, maintenance history, service workflows, and the interfaces between systems. Those gaps and inconsistencies slow teams down and create risk.
